Returns within 30 days

30-day return window

Cheiron Bioanalytics accepts returns of unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original sealed packaging with all tamper-evident seals intact.

How to request a return

1. Email supply@cheiron.org within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.
3. Ship the items back to our registered address with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

What we accept

• Unopened products in their original sealed packaging
• Damaged-in-transit items (please email photos within 48 hours of delivery)
• Incorrect items shipped due to our error
• Quality defects identified within the 30-day window

What we cannot accept

• Opened or partially used products (sterility cannot be re-certified)
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items returned without an RMA number
• Bacteriostatic water and other diluents once opened (sterility reasons)
• Custom-labelled or special-order items

Refund processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged-in-transit claim. In those cases, we will email you a prepaid return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — Cheiron Bioanalytics is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.

Damaged items

If your shipment arrives damaged, please email supply@cheiron.org within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage (both packaging and product). We will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
